Crawl Space Wins Doug Wright Award for Best Book

At the 2018 Doug Wright Awards Jesse Jacobs’ Crawl Space was, as RuPaul would say, a winner, baby! Here’s what the judges had to say:

“One part John Hughes and one part Terrence McKenna, Crawl Space transforms the common corners of a suburban adolescence into a cosmic philosophical landscape. It flies high with masterful visual storytelling, and a mind-bending drawing style all the while staying grounded in its gentle humor and pathos.  It’s a book that’s hard not to love.” — Doug Wright Awards

Congrats to all of the incredible nominees, especially Koyama Pressers GG and Connor Willumsen. You can check out the whole rundown here!
